About Me
I help men untangle patterns of secrecy, shame, and self-sabotage so they can live with more clarity, connection, and self-respect.
For 17 years I have worked with clients struggling with sex addiction and (trauma)... I've seen firsthand how destructive secretive sexual behavior can be, but also know the power of recovery..... This work is so important to me that I became a Certified Sex Addiction therapist through the IITAP, the gold standard for research and training in this field. I specialize in helping clients rebuild not just relationships but their relationship with themselves.
My Specialities
I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 17 years of experience.
I’m a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, trained through the International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals. I also completed post-graduate training in family and couple therapy at the Ackerman Institute for the Family in New York. My work is grounded in evidence-based care and in something deeper: the belief that people unravel when they feel alone and begin to heal when they feel seen.
Outside of therapy, I’m a longtime fan of the NY Giants and Yankees. I live with my wife and puppy, who’s the joy of my life, and I try to stay active and grounded through time outdoors, movement, and being present in the day-to-day.
I know how painful it can be to feel like you’ve lost your sense of self. But I also know what’s possible on the other side: a life where you feel clear, grounded, and proud of who you are.
